Magnolia Moss Events wants everyone to be able to use this website, whether you read it on a phone, a laptop or with a screen reader. We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA and we test the pages at desktop and phone widths before they go live.

1. What we do

The pages use real headings, a skip link, labelled form fields and text alternatives on images. The layout reflows at narrow widths and the main text keeps a readable contrast against its background.

2. Known gaps

We are still working through older pages: some carry small low-contrast text, and a few interactive controls are below the 24 px target size. The map on the contact page is an embedded third-party widget and its own controls are outside our control; the address, phone, email and office hours are always written out beside it.

3. If a page is hard to use

Email info@magnoliamossevents.com or call (225) 266-7748 and tell us the page and what went wrong. We reply within two business days and can send the content in another form, for example plain text or a large-print document.

4. Ongoing work

Accessibility fixes are folded into normal page maintenance. This statement is reviewed when the site changes; the effective date above shows when it last did.
